Children In Action

Children In Action is a Discipleship and Servant program for children Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. C.I.A. is offered on Wednesday Nights during the school year, 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In C.I.A. the children will learn a basic foundation of Christianity and will have the opportunity to serve. Leading Worship in KFC and service projects are just a few of the service activities the children will do.
C.I.A. Headquarters is the Choir Room!
 

 

Discipleship

· Grow in faith by reaching the three goals
           Make wise Choices
Treat others with respect
Trust God completely
· Life Change through personal application
· Internal reward motivated to be like Christ
 

Servant

· Showing the love of Christ to others
· Leading by example
· Ministering to Seekers and Saved
· Helping the community
 

Discipleship Procedures

· Basic foundation of Christian beliefs (Bible, God, Church, etc..)
· Monthly scripture memorization
· Understanding of the scriptures
· Developing a personal testimony
· Situational learning
 

Servant Procedures

· Four service projects a year (Collecting, mission field, etc..)
· Connecting with first time visitors in Children’s Church
Hang out with them and show then around
· Leading Worship in Children’s Church
Learning a new worship song once a month
Planning the worship for Children’s Church
